Roque Santa Cruz joins Club Libertad

Parting ways with Olimpia Asunciòn after five years and a half, 40-year old former Paraguayan international striker Roque Santa Cruz has officially joined another club from his home country, namely Libertad side.
Scoring 218 official goals throughout his club career, Santa Cruz, between the 2000's and the early 2010's, used to play for such clubs as Bayern Munich, Manchester City, and Real Betis Sevilla.
