Liverpool have reportedly leapfrog Arsenal in the race to sign Club Brugge wonderkid Noa Lang.

The 22-year-old forward has enjoyed a prolific start to proceedings in the Belgian first tier this campaign and also produced a man-of-the-match display against PSG in the Champions League.

Lang was rumoured with a move to Leeds over the summer, while the Gunners are now rumoured to be considering a January swoop for the Netherlands international.

However, Calciomercato reports that the Merseyside Reds are now at the head of the queue for Lang’s services, although Serie A giants, AC Milan have now entered the race as well.

Brugge head coach, Philippe Clement has previously revealed that his team may be powerless to stop Lang moving on in January, however, it would reportedly take a bid of €25m (£21.1m) in order to lure him away from Jan Breydel Stadium.
