Barcelona FC might benefit from a De Ligt fastlane

According to Sport, Barcelona FC, out of a summer 2019 move by powerful football agent and middleman Mino Raiola, would benefit from a much cheaper exit clause set upon 22-year old Dutch international centre-back Matthijs De Ligt, as long as they are willing to pay Juventus a 75 million euros transfer fee.
