Who is the greatest between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo? A question that has haunted all football lovers for over a decade and to which, perhaps, there is no answer. Peter Crouch gave a very particular definition when talking about the rivalry between the two champions:

"A long time ago, Ferdinand and Rooney told me that Ronaldo was convinced he would become the best in the world. They laughed, but he had incredible determination. Messi, he is a gift from God, he has elegance and everything he does is brilliant. But we have reached the point that all records are beaten by Ronaldo", he said.
