TRANSFERS - Real dreams of a French block with Camavinga and Pogba
Real Madrid may report to Paul Pogba again next summer. The 28-year-old Frenchman is still under contract with Manchester United, but has been one of the dream targets of the Madrid superpower for years. Pogba's outstanding performance with the French national team has heightened Real's sentiments.
Pogba won the Nations League with the French last week and made a great impression. According to the Spanish AS, Real Madrid has been investigating the arrival of the powerhouse for a few weeks. The Royal dreams of a block in midfield with the talented Eduardo Camavinga, who has been playing for Real since this summer, and his compatriot ten years older.
Real may not have to pay a transfer fee for Pogba. Although Manchester United have been in the process of renewing his contract for months, he has an expiring contract this summer. Pogba, who landed for 105 million euros at United in 2016, is therefore allowed to negotiate freely with interested clubs from 1 January about a transfer-free switch in the winter. Not only Pogba is on Real's radar. The Spanish top club is also interested in the transfer-free arrival of Kylian Mbappe.
