Real Madrid challenge PSG over Palhinha

Performing very well throughout current season, 26-year old Portuguese international centre-back and defensive midfielder João Palhinha is drawing all kinds of attention over him. To this end, former SC Braga player, currently on a deal with Sporting Lisbon until June 2025, already tracked by Paris Saint-Germain, has been targeted by Real Madrid as well.
Starting his professional career back in 2013/14, Palhinha has so far capped 211 times in official games as a pro club player, scoring fourteen goals therein. Winning last season Primeira Liga title, Taça da Liga and Supertaça, the 1995-born was also named into 2020/21 Primeira Liga Team of the Year. A 60 million euros exit clause is set upon him.
