LIGA - Sevilla FC can fetch Euro 2020 winner Belotti: here's how
Just signed Erik Lamela from Tottenham, Sevilla FC management are now reportedly after 27-year old Italian international striker Andrea Belotti (in the pic on the left). Fresh from winning Euro 2020 title, Torino captain might be leaving Granata after six seasons in, out of joining a team granting him the chance to compete for European cups, as well as aiming at high-rank positions in a major national league.
Still on a deal with Turin-based club until June 2022, Il Gallo ("The Rooster") has just been offered a new long-term by his parent club (which he has so far turned down), while having been also put up for sale on a 35 million euros transfer fee. Not available to go for such an all-cash expense, Rojiblancos, on their hand, are offering Torino a 15 million euros payout, with the rights on almost 26-year old Moroccan international forward and Barcelona FC alumni Munir El Haddadi, whom Italian club might be interested in indeed.
Meanwhile, Belotti, who might end up staying put, out of proposals Granata owner Urbano Cairo deems actually worth his salt and while, is still an item of interest, though not a primary one, for AS Roma. Besides, Fiorentina might be back after him, in case they eventually hand Dusan Vlahovic out.
