Playing for the B squad of his home club, Deportivo Alavés, since last summer, 22-year old Spanish midfielder Pepe Blanco left on a free move, parting ways with Basque side on a mutual consent.
The 1999-born has now joined the ranks of minor-league club Sestao River.
