SERIE A - Franck Ribery offered to a further Italian club

Left Fiorentina on a free transfer, after two seasons in, former Bayern Munich and French NT star winger Franck Ribery, who turned 38 last April 7, has just been offered, through his entourage's work (headed by Davide Lippi, son of former Juventus, Inter Milan and Italy head coach Marcello Lippi), to Sampdoria, according to Il Secolo XIX.
Viable also as a wide midfielder and, especially right now, as a second striker, Ribery has been heavily linked to a move back to Bundesliga, with several clubs interested in signing, notably SC Freiburg, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Stuttgart, as well as Turkish clubs such as Galatasaray and Karagumruk.
