SERIE A - Inter Milan in advanced extension talks with Brozovic

Playing for Inter Milan all the way since 2014/15 second half, 28-year old Croatian international midfielder Marcelo Brozovic is still delivering, under his eighth Neroazzurri trainer, Simone Inzaghi, and Serie A defending champions are deeming him an asset for the upcoming future.
To this end, Italian club are reportedly in advanced talks with Dinamo Zagreb alumni, offering him a deal extension beyond current June 2022 deadline. Deployed either as a deep-lying midfielder or as an inside one, Brozovic, an attacking playmaker as well if needed, has so far capped 247 times in official games for Neroazzurri, scoring 24 goals therein. He's currently earning a 4.2 million euros annual salary, and is asking for an about 50% raise.
