SOCIAL - Columbus Crew goalie Lampson talks about cancer
Establishing the LampStrong Foundation, a charity and support initiative for cancer patients, terminals, and survivors, back in 2014, almost 32-year old U.S. American goalkeeper Matt Lampson, who experienced himself the tragedy of being ill with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, talked about it extensively, as retweeted by Columbus Crew, on their official Twitter page.
As introduced by the tweet itself, "Columbus Crew Goalkeeper, Matt Lampson knows firsthand what the cancer battle is like. He was 17 years old when he was diagnosed with Stage 4B Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and is now cancer-free".
