SOCIAL - Liverpool captain Henderson celebrates pivotal CL goal
Though a brief tweet, 31-year old English international midfielder and Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, who seemed close to leave Reds during last summer, after having ranked as a Euro 2020 runner-up, celebrated the goal he scored against AC Milan, in Champions League debut game, allowing Premier League giants to defeat Italian club by a 3-2 outcome.
Just before the match, he had made his congratulations and honours to AC Milan backliner and Danish national team captain Simon Kjaer, in the wake of the latter saving Christian Eriksen's life in Euro 2020 unfortunate circumstance.
Not many better feelings 😍

I’d like to welcome @acmilan’s @simonkjaer1989 to Anfield this evening. He set new standards of leadership during Euro 2020 when Christian Eriksen fell ill. pic.twitter.com/0yiYZ0i6gz
