Bayern chief executive Oliver Kahn has ruled Bayern Munich out of a possible run for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland this summer. Talking to Sport Bild, Kahn said Haaland was too expensive for Bavarian club. He said: “Sorry, anyone who talks about it does not understand the situation. A package that costs more than 100 million euros is currently unthinkable for FC Bayern. Robert Lewandowski still has a two-year contract here and his performance is beyond question – he has 39 Bundesliga goals. That’s why we don’t have to worry about Haaland today”.

Haaland is one of the most wanted player all over Europe. In this season he has already scored 37 goal so far. Haaland is contracted to the YellowBlack team until 2024. However, super-agent Mino Raiola is working around the clock to find a top club for the norwegian striker. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Juventus are also interested.
