BUNDES - Joshua Kimmich on verge of Bayern Munich contract extension

Bild report today that 26-year-old Germany international Joshua Kimmich is on the verge of signing a contract extension with Bayern Munich until 2026.
Sky Germany have also confirmed the reports that suggest that Kimmich will sign an early contract extension, with his current deal still to run for a further two years.
Kimmich negotiated the extension without a consultant and is reported to sign a deal that will almost double his current €10m salary, putting him second in the Bayern squad to only Robert Lewandowski. A lawyer will read a final draft of the contract whilst a signature only seems like a matter of time.
