Six more members of RB Leipzig's squad and staff have tested positive for Covid-19, including attacker Yussuf Poulsen, before Sunday's home Bundesliga match against Bayer Leverkusen.

After testing positive last week, head coach Jesse Marsch and goalie Peter Gulacsi are already in quarantine.

Poulsen, Willi Orban, Hugo Novoa, Mohammed Simakin, and two backroom staff members all have Covid, according to the club.

The six new cases, like Marsch and Gulacsi, are under domestic quarantine and will miss Sunday's home game, which was previously slated to be played behind closed doors owing to the virus's high prevalence in Saxony.

Leipzig need a home win against fourth-placed Leverkusen to break into the top six in Germany's top flight.
