BUNDES - Tim Walter: Patience with City talent Doyle

At Hamburger SV, they want to carefully introduce Tommy Doyle to the intensity of the second division. HSV coach Tim Walter praised the midfield talent on loan from Manchester City to the 'Hamburger Morgenpost', but also urged patience:

“His foot is sensational. Tommy is in the observer role and tries to implement things in training. New country, new language - none of that is easy for him. It will take another week or two to get used to it."

Doyle had switched to the Hanseatic League on the last day of the transfer window. The 19-year-old only joined the Rothosen team on September 9, as the Englishman was still on the road with his country's U21 national team. The standard specialist sat on the bench for over 90 minutes against SV Sandhausen. Against SV Werder Bremen tomorrow, Saturday evening (8:30 p.m.), the city talent could celebrate its competitive premiere for HSV.
