According to a new report by English newspaper Mirror, English teenage promise Jude Bellingham would be set to enter negotiations with Borussia Dortmund in order to extend his contract.

Bellingham, who caught the eye of many European top-level clubs with his play in the Bundesliga where he collected 46 caps, would be seeking to double his current salary to 4.4M pounds per year and include a buyout clause in the new contract; according to the reports, he would prolong his stay for 2 more years, with Dortmund who made a significant investment on the youngster when they bought him from Birmingham for 25M pounds last year.

It was rumored that Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea have strong interest in the player, with the Stamford Bridge side ready to make a startling 100M pounds bid for him.

Bellingham is currently concentrated with England for the 2020 Euros, another venue that could highlight the teenager's talent, making him a highly sought after commodity, and Dortmund seek to protect their interests by securing an extension this early.
