BUNDESLIGA - Hofmann reports back to team training as planned
On Tuesday there was only a reduced training program for Jonas Hofmann, as the offensive player from Borussia Monchengladbach had been hit on the thigh on the previous matchday. Foal head coach Adi Hutter gave the all-clear and announced the return of the 29-year-old to team training on Wednesday.
So it has now happened: The German national player was able to return to the group of teammates in the middle of the week and train normally. With the scheduled return to the field, nothing should stand in the way of Hofmann's health service this coming weekend.
Then the Gladbachers will be a guest at Hertha BSC (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.). And of course the club from the Lower Rhine is hoping for the goal danger from Hofmann, who recently showed himself unerringly and is Gladbach's top scorer with three goals so far.
