Playing for Borussia Monchengladbach since 2018/19, 28-year old French forward Alassane Plea has been targeted by Olympique Lyonnais and Stade Rennais. Both Ligue 1 prominent clubs are planning to bring former OGC Nice hitman back into his home country league arrays.

Still on a deal with German side until June 2023, Plea, who used to play for Les Gones during both his development area years and his first seasons as a pro football, is roughly worth 18.5 million euros right now, slightly less than the sum he was purchased by.

Previously tracked by Arsenal and Manchester United as well, Lyon alumni, who capped once for French senior national team, back in November 2018, has so far capped 107 times in official games for 'Gladbach, scoring 37 goals therein.
