OFFICIAL - Augsburg name WEINZIERL new boss
A relegation risk to date, Augsburg announced having sacked Heiko Herrlich, and having subsequently named 46-year old German trainer Markus Weinzierl new first-team manager. The latter, previously training Stuttgart and Schalke 04 as well, used to work for Fuggerstädter from 2012 to 2016 already.
