Douglas Costa and Tiago Dantas will leave FC Bayern. About the former Juventus, the German champions agreed on an early termination of the contract, abiut Tiago Dantas they agreed not to extend the loan agreement with Benfica Lisbon.
Costa arrived by Juventus Turin for a season loan in the summer. This season, the 30-year-old attacking player appeared 20 times in the Bundesliga, Champions League, DFB Cup and at the Club World Cup. The Brazilian had to pause since February because of a hairline crack in his foot.
Tiago Dantas arrived from Benfica Lisbon for a season loan in the summer. The 20-year-old Portuguese was featured twice in the professional team and seven times in the amateurs of FC Bayern. Sports director Hasan Salihamidžić said: “Douglas Costa and Tiago Dantas won the German championship again this season with us. We would like to thank both of them and wish them all the best for their future". David Alaba will also leave the club in the summer.
