AC MILAN, Ibrahimovic: "I wasn't called up for NT only because it's me"
Talking through Swedish football federation YouTube channel, 39-year old star striker and AC Milan powerhouse Zlatan Ibrahimovic commented upon having been named again for his national team, almost five years past his retirement: "I don't want to be called up because of who I was 5, 10, 15, 20 years ago, and just because I'm Zlatan. My shape and game are rather different from the past, and Janne (Sweden NT head coach, Janne Anderson, Reporter's Note) is aware of that. We met, and we really clicked. Being allowed again to represent my country is making me honoured and proud".
