INTER MILAN, Bastoni's agent: "We're fulfilling our contract, though..."

Interviewed by Corriere dello Sport, Tullio Tinti, agent of Italian international centre-back Alessandro Bastoni (22), talked about the ongoing extension talks with Inter Milan being difficult: "I'm kind of surprised about the fact we've been agreeing on a new deal with all Inter Milan top execs four months long, by now. I want to remind everyone Bastoni is playing on a contract dating back to three years ago, though having become a regular and a full-side international, in the meantime. We had been promised the proper wage back in February, and now we've been told nothing's going to move before the club get to borrow some new funds. Anyway, both Bastoni and yours truly are planning to meet the terms of our current contract, though the club would have quarrelled a lot, if we had behaved as they did".

Former Atalanta and Parma backliner is meanwhile tracked by Barcelona FC, Bayern Munich, and Liverpool.
