JUNE 22nd - 6.30 pm - OFFICIAL - Calhanoglu signs for Inter Milan - FC Internazionale Milano announces the arrival of Hakan Çalhanoğlu in the Nerazzurri: the midfielder born in 1994 has signed a contract with the Club until 30 June 2024.

5.30 pm - Calhanoglu says goodbye to AC Milan - With a post on his social network, Hakan Calhanoglu says goodbye to AC Milan before signing his new three-year contract with Inter Milan: “Thanks for everything, Milan”, the Turkish said.

JUNE 21st - 9.40 pm - Calhanoglu just landed in Milan - Hakan Calhanoglu has just landed in Milan, after concluding Euro 2020 with Turkey. Tomorrow the Turkish midfielder will undergo a medical exam and then sign the contract that will tie him to Inter until 2024. 

3.30 pm - Calhanoglu confirms he will sign for Inter Milan - Hakan Calhanoglu's first words arrive before signing with Inter. The Turkish midfielder briefly told TRT SPORT: "I have found an agreement with the Nerazzurri, I will go there. Tomorrow I will sign my contract with Inter for three years with an option for the fourth".

2.00 pm - Calhanoglu will refuse the last contract extension offer from AC Milan, bringing it to the expiry date before joining Inter.

1.00 pm - Breaking news from Italy: Hakan Calhanoglu is surprisingly already set to join Inter Milan from AC Milan. The Turkish midfielder, as stated by the Italian journlist Gianluca Di Marzio (Sky Sport) is expected to undergo his medicals tomorrow. 

Calhanoglu, who plays with the Rossoneri since 2017, has scored 22 goals in 135 appearances, and was very appreciated especially from 2020 on, thanks to coach Stefano Pioli. Former Milan number 10 is now heading to Istanbul after losing to Switzerland the last Euro2020 match with Turkey National team.
