SERIE A - AC Milan announce Bennacer testing positive for Covid-19
Through an official note, AC Milan made known prominent central midfielder of theirs, Ismael Bennacer, tested positive for Covid-19, and won't therefore take part into the upcoming friendly match against OGC Nice, scheduled for tomorrow. Here are the eact words issued by Italian club:
"AC Milan announces that Ismaël Bennacer has not been called up for the friendly against OGC Nice following a positive test taken at home this week. The relevant local health authorities have been swiftly informed. The player is doing well and is training at home.
Please note that Ismaël has not had contact with the rest of the team since last Saturday's friendly against Modena. The team has also tested negative following all of this week's swabs, including the molecular test ahead of travelling to Nice".
