Atalanta goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini, as we read on Il Corriere dello Sport, would like to join AS Roma, and has jokingly asked Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante, Giallorossi players currently at Euro2020, to try and convince Tiago Pinto, the sporting director. Despite Gollini's strong will, new boss Josè Mourinho would rather sign the Portuguese keeper Rui Patricio, who plays for Wolverhampton and Portugal National team.

Mourinho and Rui Patricio share the same agent, Jorge Mendes, who probably plays a major role in this negotiation. Gollini, former United goalkeeper, has clinched the third Champions League qualification in a row with Atalanta.
