SERIE A - Juventus backliner Danilo wants a lifelong contract

While having turned down Bayern Munich last summer, 30-year old Brazilian defensive all-rounder Danilo, according to latest Italian news, made Juventus top brass clear he wants to stay put for a long time, possibly even on a career-long basis. Determined to achieve every title possible as a Bianconeri key player, Danilo might even ask for a further long-term, beyond current June 2024 deadline.
Currently earning a 4 million euros annual salary, Danilo Luiz da Silva, deployable as a defensive midfielder as well, has so far capped 86 times for Serie A giants, home and international cups included, scoring three goals therein. He used to play, beforehand, for Manchester City, Real Madrid, Porto, Santos, and America Mineiro.
