SERIE A - Juventus to sign Wembley hero Chiellini back

Captain and prominent player for Italy achieving Euro 2020 gold medal, veteran star centre-back Giorgio Chiellini is going to be awarded with a new contract by Juventus management. Homecoming Bianconeri captain as well, Chiello, turning 37 on August 14, is agreeing all terms with Serie A giants, most likely on a further 2-year deal, possibly including an option to extend, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Close to join Manchester United years ago, Chiellini, who's determined to pursue his Champions League dream (as a Juventus player, he had to settle for two running-up positions, in 2015 and in 2017), now a free agent, has so far won 19 home tiltes (including nine league ones) for Bianconeri. Throughout his career as a Juventus player, he capped 535 times overall, scoring 36 goals therein.
