Luca Marchetti, Sky Sport's market expert, writes about the Naples transfer market in his editorial for tuttomercatoweb: "Napoli likes - as a defender - Piero Hincapié, Ecuadorian central and left-back of Talleres, 2002, protagonist in the Copa America last edition with his national team. Piero Hincapié, linked with Bayern Munich, Celtic and AC Milan in the past, joined Talleres from Independiente. The Ecuadorian centerback, so far has made 22 appearances with The Argentinian club, and 5 caps with his senior national team.
