Coming from a year and a half-long Fiorentina debut tenure, mostly made of injury recovering time and underwhelming performances as a substitute, 23-year old Ivorian U23 international forward Christian Kouamé, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, is growing into a major target for Udinese management.

Currently engaged into the Tokyo Olympic football tournament, former Genoa hitman and Inter Milan alumni, still on a deal with Viola until June 2024, might be very well packing his bags and leave, as long as new manager Vincenzo Italiano is on board with it. While the same 12 million euros Fiorentina purchased him by have been set upon Kouamé as a transfer fee, a season-long loan spell, including a non-mandatory option to buy, looks like a viable way to go.

Meanwhile, Kouamé is still tracked also by Torino management, out of Granata boss Ivan Juric having expressed a personal preference on his features. The latter are likely to have a run at him, as long as Andrea Belotti is handed out.
