LA LIGA - Barcelona FC about to sign Pedri on deal extension

It was expected, and it will soon be official: Pedri (18 years old, 2 La Liga games this season), currently recovering from an injury, will extend with FC Barcelona, in spite of having recently been approached by Liverpool.

At the end of the contract in June, the midfielder will extend his Barcelona lease for five seasons, according to Mundo Deportivo, until 2027. A total agreement has been found between the representatives of the player - who is on the list of nominees for the Ballon d'Or and the Kopa Trophy - and the Blaugrana leaders, and the good news is expected to be notified to supporters next week.
