Recently inquired about by Arsenal, Bayer Leverkusen, and Newcastle, 25-year old Brazilian international winger and forward Gabriel Barbosa, best known as Gabigol, has just been offered to struggling Spanish giant side Barcelona FC, according to fichajes.com. Proficiently playing for Flamengo since January 2019, former Inter Milan, Benfica and Santos hitman, though having recently made clear he's not going to leave Rubronegro, might be indeed due for a move back onto the European scene.
Currently on a deal with Flamengo until December 2024, Gabigol didn't manage to make a display of his best features, throughout his first European football spell, dating back to the span elapsed from September 2016 to January 2018.
