According to reports from todofichajes, Barcelona are keen on luring in youth talent for reinforcing the future of the club and one name has emerged as a potential target.
Arsen Zakharyan, Dynamo Moscow’s dynamic 18-year-old central midfielder has popped up on Barca’s shortlist.
The club’s scouts have kept a close eye on him and a move for him may materialize in January or the following summer, In June.
His contract in Moscow expires at the end of the 2023/24 season and he will come relatively cheap at around €10m, based on his release clause set by Dynamo.
