LIGA - Atletico Madrid chairman Cerezo: "Fetching Griezmann won't be easy"
While Mundo Deportivo pointed out Barcelona FC boss, Ronald Koeman, was impressed by 30-year old French international winger and forward Antoine Griezmann's effort he's been displaying during his first summer training sessions, Atletico Madrid top brass are still planning to bring him back into their ranks. To this end, Colchoneros chairman, Enrique Cerezo, told Cadena COPE:
"I'm not ruling anything out, but what we can say is that it's not an easy transfer. We are awaiting news, not only from Griezmann, but also from other players. As I said, that it is a really difficult operation".
Still on a deal with Barça until June 2024, Griezmann is meanwhile tracked by Juventus as well. Besides, Chelsea had inquired him about, though are now seemingly walking through different paths.
