On the day Xavi Hernandez was named coach, Barcelona blew a three-goal half-time lead as Celta Vigo scored in the 96th minute to cap a spectacular comeback in La Liga on Saturday.
Another disappointing setback for Barca was exacerbated by another injury to Ansu Fati, who handed his team an early lead before being forced to leave due to a hamstring ailment.
After 34 minutes, Barcelona led 3-0 thanks to goals from Sergio Busquets and Memphis Depay, but Celta fought back, with Iago Aspas scoring twice each side of a goal from Nolito to secure a 3-3 draw.
With 95 minutes and 34 seconds left on the clock, Aspas equalized with a spectacular shot from the edge of the box, leaving the Barcelona players slumped on the ground.
