SEVILLA FC, "Papu" GOMEZ: "Atalanta? I'm still sad, I have a hard time watching their games"

Interviewed by Sky Sport, 33-year old Argentinian international winger Alejandro "Papu" Gomez, who moved from Atalanta to Sevilla FC in late January, stated: "To date, I still have a hard time watching Atalanta games. I'm happy for them, of course, about how good they are doing, but I'm yet to recover from the disappointment of my late times there. I don't feel guilty, though I'm still a bit sad, and I hope things take a turn for the better, as time goes by. I had rich offers from MLS and Saudi Arabia, but joining those leagues means disappearing from the radar. Sevilla was my priority, and I'm proud I'm here".
