Winner of the clash against Clermont (2-1) on the eleventh day of Ligue 1, FC Nantes confirms its very good series with a fourth victory in six matches which allows it to climb to fifth place in the French championship.

However, all was not easy in this meeting, evidenced by the annoyance of Antoine Kombouaré during this match. In the first half, the Nantes coach was particularly angry on his sidelines a few minutes after the exclusion of Gastien for a bad gesture on Girotto (30 '). A behavior which has earned him a yellow card.

Asked at the end of the meeting, the Canaries coach admitted his lack of calm before giving an analysis as sincere as it was puzzling: "I got carried away so I could not remain calm. Mostly lead my team as I would have liked. Maybe by leading my team we would have lost. They were good, they were responsible, I loved their behavior, their attitude. To be honest with you, I congratulated my players and thanked them because they made the game. They were huge. I was not good today, I got out of my game, it's rare enough to be highlighted but it happened. I was useless today, the players won a game on their own, like grown-ups. Well done to them.”
