LIGUE 1 - PSG, big name ready as a successor to Pochettino
PSG took a strong hit in the transfer market last summer, as it brought a lot of new stars on board with Wijnaldum, Donnarumma, Hakimi, Ramos and especially Lionel Messi. But nevertheless things are a bit rumbling in Paris, after the disappointing loss of points at Club Brugge and the riot between Messi and coach Mauricio Pochettino last weekend.
As a result, many are already doubting the future of the trainer in Paris and El Chiringuito is now launching a very remarkable rumor. The Spanish talk show claims that PSG already has a successor ready for Pochettino and it would be a big name. After all, none other than Zinedine Zidane would have to take over if Pochettino were fired.
Zidane has been a free coach since last summer, after he gave up for the second time at Real Madrid. So far, that remains the only club where the French legend has already worked as a trainer. He coached the A-team from January 2016 to the summer of 2018 and again from March 2019 to the end of last season.
