CHELSEA targeting Sevilla's Kounde

Chelsea are thought to be pursuing a move for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde, according to the Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano. The Blues had been targeting Paris Saint-Germain's Marquinhos, but the Ligue 1 side are not open to selling the 27-year-old.
Kounde was also a January transfer target for Newcastle, but a move to Tyneside failed to materialise.
