OFFICIAL - Manchester United name FLETCHER head of sports area

Manchester United announced having named 37-year old former Scottish international midfielder Darren Fletcher new technical director, basically a title referred to being the head of the club sports area. Fletcher, a Red Devils icon, fending at Old Trafford from 2003 to 2015 (and in their junior area since 1995), will work alongside another newly named executive, John Murtough, acting as football director.
