Arsenal are prepared to sell Bernd Leno for just £13 million (€15 million) next summer, with Inter Milan keen on the player, according to football journalist Rudy Galetti.

The summer arrival of the Englishman Aaron Ramsdale has left the German star in a precarious position, with the shot-stopper losing his status as the Gunners’ number one choice in between the sticks.

Bernd had initially started the campaign with a streak of three successive Premier League defeats. But the introduction of Aaron has since changed the club’s fortunes with manager Mikel Arteta even hailing the former Sheffield United star shortly after the first win against Norwich City.

I Nerazzurri, though, are not deterred by Bernd’s recent struggles at Emirates and consider the player to be a potential long-term replacement for veteran Samir Handanovic.

The Slovenian has surely lost his grace, meaning it’s time for manager Simone Inzaghi to move on, as far as the goalkeeping area is concerned.

Bernd Leno proves to be an appealing option because of his significant experience at the highest level of football. The 29-year-old goalie has made 100 Premier League appearances during his time at the Gunners while he had also featured in more than 300 competitive matches for his previous team, Bayer Leverkusen.
