PREMIER LEAGUE – Liverpool hand first professional contract to youth prodigy
17-year-old Terence Miles, who has long been a product of the Reds’ youth academy has been handed his first professional contract. He has been with Liverpool from the U7 level and made his U18s debut last season.
His natural position lies in the centre-back role and as an intelligent reader of the game, scouts have been greatly impressed with his heightened development at the club.
He has also been known for his versatility due to his ability to play well ahead in midfield – as he did against Manchester United and Nottingham Forest at the youth level.
