Manchester United could be facing the prospect of losing one of their up and coming academy talents in Martin Svidersky, who are being courted by teams from Italy and Germany.

Martin joined the Red Devils youth setup in April 2018 from Slovakian club Tatran Presov and has risen through the ranks to establish a foothold in Man United’s reserve team after the midfielder played 32 games for the club’s Under-18s in which he scored and assisted one goal apiece.

Martin, primarily a winger, has been used in the defensive midfield position this campaign with the reserves. And Svidersky put up a solid showing despite playing in an unfamiliar role. To date, Martin has featured 19 times for United’s Under-23 side, in which he has registered two assists.

Martin, however, is in the final year of his deal with the Red Devils. The report states that Man United made a contract offer to Svidersky only for him to turn it down, as he angles for a move away from Carrington.

It is claimed that Svidersky is courting plenty of interest from Italy and Germany with teams like Atalanta, Napoli, Eintracht Frankfurt and Hoffenheim, believed to be keen on securing his services.
