According to The Express, Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's job might be jeopardized if the team fails to qualify for the UEFA Champions League final 16.

Last week, the Red Devils were defeated by Young Boys in their Champions League opening. This leaves them with less margin for mistake heading into the Group Stage's last five games.

Next week, United will meet Villarreal in a rematch of last season's Europa League final. Since then, Solskajer has reinforced his squad and will be expected to win all three points at home. Anything less will place him in a very dangerous situation.

According to the article, since winning the Norwegian Cup with Molde in 2013, Solskjaer has not won a trophy. He is now in his third full season as manager of the Red Devils and has received a lot of support in the transfer market.

Concerns about his preparedness for the position arose when United failed to progress from their Champions League group despite winning their opening two games last season.
