Playing for AS Roma since 2019/20, 24-year old Guinean international defensive midfielder Amadou Diawara, not getting much game time at all under José Mourinho, might be parting ways with Italian club during next winter window. To this end, former Napoli and Bologna pitcher, not equipped with a dual EU citizenship to date, is allegedly tracked by Wolverhampton Wanderers, which had already tried to sign him during last summer.
Currently on a deal with Giallorossi until June 2024, Diawara is worth 14 million euros right now, according to Transfermarkt.de. Capping thirteen times for Guinea so far, he has collected, as a pro club player, 186 times, scoring four goals therein.
