Wolverhampton Wanderers have not given up hope of persuading Adama Traore to extend his contract, which will expire in 2023. As the 'Birmingham Mail' reports, the club bosses want to intensify the negotiations in the near future.

If there is still no agreement, they want to sell the 25-year-old winger in order to still be able to achieve a reasonable fee.

According to the report, this is what it will amount to according to the current status, as Traore continues to aim for the next career step.

In the transfer window that has just expired, Wolverhampton was able to prevent the muscle package from leaving and turned down two offers from Tottenham Hotspur. As the contract term becomes shorter, the Wolves are coming under increasing pressure to find a solution.
