NATIONS - Injured: Davies prematurely back to Bayern

Alphonso Davies left the Canadian national team's camp early. As the local association announced, the flank player is returning to Bayern due to an injury that has not been described in detail.

Davies is supposed to cure himself there. It is unclear whether and how long he will be absent from FCB. The 20-year-old left-back played four of the previous five season games of the record champions from the start. He was also in the starting line-up for Canada in the draw in the World Cup qualifiers against Honduras and the USA (both 1-1).
