Claudio Marchisio, former Juventus and Italy midfielder, gave an interview to La Stampa in which he had the opportunity to talk about the recent performances of the Italian national team and the lack of direct qualification for the World Cup in Qatar. Among the topics addressed by the Principino also the championship fight in Serie A.

From the title of the interview given by the newspaper, it is possible to understand Marchisio's thought: "The European has hidden the problems. Going to the playoffs will not be easy". Statements that also see a fairly clear explanation from the former blue player who boasts 55 appearances for Italy: "The main element of fragility is the lack of a bomber of international standing".

From the national team to Serie A with a thought on the battle for top positions: "For the Scudetto I say Milan: it's the team that has grown the most. Napoli tends to fall in difficult moments."
