PREMIER - Chelsea to make progress with Hakimi pursuit

Chelsea are making progress in their attempt to sign Inter Milan right-back Achraf Hakimi. According to Sky Sports, the Blues and PSG have both made €60m bids for Hakimi, but Inter want at least €80m.
Inter are willing to take players as part of an eventual deal: Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, David Zappacosta and Andreas Christiansen are the names that have been discussed in talks.
Inter signed Hakimi from Real Madrid for €40m last summer. He spent two seasons on loan at Borussia Dortmund between 2018 and 2020. Chelsea also want to sign a striker this summer and Dortmund’s Erling Haaland remains their top target. Blues also are keen on Romelu Lukaku, which for Inter is not on the market.
