Taking part into Italy Euro 2020 expedition, international forward and Sassuolo powerhouse Domenico Berardi, turning 27 on August 1st, is allegedly growing into a major Tottenham target. Spurs new market strategist, Fabio Paratici, signed him for Juventus nearly a decade ago, though Bianconeri ended up never actually including in their first-team plans.

Currently on a deal with Neroverdi until June 2024, Berardi, previously pursued by a bunch of Serie A clubs, notably Inter Milan, Lazio, and Fiorentina, was also inquired about by more foreign sides, including Atletico Madrid, Leicester City, and Leeds United. Roughly worth 35 million euros right now, Berardi, suitable as a second striker, a winger, an attacking midfielder, and even an "atypical" main hitman (quite alike 2000's and 2010's star Francesco Totti), capped 291 times for Sassuolo overall, scoring 105 goals therein.
